Make an Appointment

Not all staff are available to buy on the spot. Expect to either leave them with us for a few days (with your name and number) or arrange a seller appointment. Complete our online form or giving us a call to arrange an appointment.

Quality and Demand

We check quality and demand before we agree to purchase any title. We can reject any titles for any reason, not all vinyl is sellable.

We do not purchase vinyl that are water damaged, scratched, have missing covers. We do not purchase titles that are no longer in demand. Genres like classical, polka, or records that pre-date the mid-1960s we pass on those - so do call ahead or fill out the form before you bring us any titles to double-check.

Unlike some antiques, the older the title, the vinyl actually loses its value as the customers age out of the music. We generally let our customers know that it may be time to consider donating them to your favourite charity!

Large Collections

Have a large collection? Send us pictures to our email: contact@therefillstop.com. We can pick up collections, but send us photos first so we don’t waste your time if we choose not to be potential buyers.

Return Policy

15 days unopened with receipt. No refunds on opened product, exchange only if there is an issue with the album. Unsure about the product? We have listening stations in the store before you decide.
